Dr. Karl Elser received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Long Beach State University in California. He earned his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California and completed his residency in Family Practice at Regions Hospital in St Paul. His interest Laser Physics, Laser Tissue Interaction and Skin Care began with his own personal journey to repair his sun damaged skin.
